The GPG was established in 2010 in a joint effort between the Producers Guild of America Foundation’s PGA Green committee and a major studios partner group, now known as the Sustainable Entertainment Alliance.

•Carbon'Clap: A European carbon calculator designed for use across Europe. Designed for cinema, audiovisual productions, and advertising, this free and user-friendly tool helps guide reduction efforts.

•The Green Producers Tool: Enables producers and event organizers to measure and reduce CO₂ emissions from their productions and cultural events. Developed by the Green Producers Club.
