Meet Nena
Nena holds M. Sc degree in Chemical Engineering.
As an upcoming sustainable Abu Dhabi Production Advisor/Manager/Coordinator, Nena brings a set of transferable skills from corporate project management and quality assurance to the world of film and media production, as she decided to put her corporate organizational, time management, administrative, planning and project management expertise to creative use and establish herself in the Production Management community. She works closely with the director, producer, and other key staff members to ensure that the production stays on schedule and within budget. This includes coordinating with local vendors, securing permits, arranging transportation and accommodation for the cast and crew, and managing the overall logistics of the shoot.
Additionally, Nena always had particular passion for sustainability and environmental protection, and has completed courses for Green Production from Albert, Act Safe Safety Association and Screen Skills, with the aim to run productions with reduced costs while preserving the UAE environment. Nena is very methodical, analytical, and a great problem solver. She is goal oriented, dedicated and committed, and as such makes a super reliable and dependable crew member. Additionally, she can increase profits, PR and marketing profiles of productions by implementing sustainable practices on sets.
